An expansive 11-acre development at the former site of Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Cleveland's Hough Neighborhood, our vision encompasses a multifaceted approach to urban living. This project will feature over 300 residential units, catering to a broad spectrum of income levels and promoting a socially diverse and inclusive community.
While our primary focus is on creating a dynamic living space for a variety of residents, an important mention in our plan is the inclusion of specialized units for seniors. These units are designed to offer comfort, accessibility, and a sense of community for our older residents, enriching the multi-generational fabric of the neighborhood.
Alongside this, we are dedicated to providing convenient living options for employees of the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital, integrating essential workforce housing into our urban tapestry.
The residences, encompassing apartments and townhomes, will be models of modern, energy-efficient design, equipped with the latest amenities to ensure a comfortable and sustainable living experience.
The project also features a quarter-mile-long walking path, playgrounds, gardens, and community farms, promoting active and engaged living for all residents. The strategic extension of Quimby Avenue through the site enhances the connectivity of the development, seamlessly integrating commercial spaces, townhomes, and public areas.
In transforming the former school site into a vibrant mix of housing, retail, and educational spaces, we aim to establish a benchmark in urban redevelopment, fostering a community that is not only diverse but also deeply interconnected across generations.
