Kareem Abdus-Salaam

Kareem Abdus-Salaam is the Founder & Managing Principle of Structures Unlimited LLC

Kareem Abdus-Salaam has over 30 years of experience in developing over 1,000 Single-Family and Multifamily residential sites, 1,700 Student Housing beds especially on Historically Black Colleges and University (HBCU) campuses, and over 1.4M SF of Manufacturing Facilities. He specializes in developing private and government owned land into residential and mixed-use projects.

Mr. Abdus-Salaam has an extensive knowledge base and experience in addressing inequality in housing, homelessness, and environmental racism. Mr. Abdus-Salaam is a regular presenter at real-estate forums, legislative hearings, and housing workshops.Our mission is to create vibrant and sustainable communities that enhance the quality of life for all of our stakeholders.
